Overview

The project calls for the construction of 591 retail units, 26 food and beverage units, and 175 townhouses. The total built up area of the project will be 132,967 square meters. The project will have low rise structures with the townhouses located on the upper floors.

Application

MCI®-2005 was used in the substructure of the project.

Conclusion

MCI-2005 proven effectiveness was the driver for using it in the project.
