PROBLEM
The customer required a solution to prevent corrosion during export shipments of knitting machines.
APPLICATION
VpCI®-110 was tested for the same application for a one year period. The protection method for this application was as follows:
- VpCI®-379 was used on needles
- Three to four VpCI®-110s were used for each unit.
- Finally, machines were wrapped with VpCI®-126 Film.
CONCLUSION
The test result was very good. As a result the customer changed from the competitor’s product to Cortec’s Solutions.
